The Sea Child in The Times

I was thrilled to see The Sea Child in Friday’s edition of The Times, recommended by the wonderful Alice of one of my favourite indie bookshops, The St Ives Bookseller in St Ives, Cornwall. Thank you so much Alice! ❤️ And to see it mentioned in the same sentence as The Correspondent was extremely cool!

I loved reading all of the other recommendations too (and added some more books to my to-be-read list!). It's wonderful to see The Sea Child in such brilliant company, including one of my favourite reads of the past few years, The Eights by Joanna Miller.

This was such a lovely surprise and a great way to start the weekend. Between the mention of The Sea Child as one of the Washington Post’s six books recommended for January and seeing the book mentioned in The Times now, I’m glowing!
